Installation?
We will deliver the artworks to you ready for hanging.  You must arrange installation in accordance with your office building owner’s instructions.  

Delivery?
Once you have completed your transaction, we will notify you 48 hours in advance of delivery.  The work(s) will be specialised packaging which will protect them until you hang them.  We suggest you retain the packaging for return at the end of the rental period, though we can supply replacements.  A signature will be required after inspection by you to confirm that works have arrived in perfect condition.

What if I want to purchase a piece that I am renting?
At the end of your rental period you can elect to buy one or more of the paintings you have been renting.  We welcome our clients buying art that they like so we offer a discount for each month you have rented.

FAQs – Artists

What does AiB do for artists?
The focus of this business is to do the marketing for artists, and to offer the billing and collecting side of rental. We prioritise the web on Google, actively approach businesses, designers, architects, hotels, and facilities management companies. We also run exhibitions.

Will my art be safe?
The client must follow the reasonable care instructions you provide as a condition of rental.  All art must be covered by clients own business contents insurance which we verify.

What about delivery and collection?
Art works are collected from you following 48 hour notification of customer interest.  Specialist packaging is supplied by us.  All transportation is done by AintoB, or by an approved courier.

Why rent when I can sell?
You can earn rental income while retaining the right to sell the painting at the end of the rental period.  Therefore rental income is in addition to sales proceeds.  In our experience, clients are more likely to purchase a work when they have developed an attachment to it through rental.

What if I receive an offer for my painting while it on rental?
You must wait until the end of the current rental period at which point you may sell.

How do I get paid?
We will transfer your rental and/or sales proceeds into your nominated account within a maximum of 5 days of receiving it from the client.
